Shipping & Handling
Shipping Time. Most of our items are shipped using United States Postal Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation. Items shipped in the U.S. generally arrive within 3 to 5 days.
International Shipping Merchandise being shipped outside of the U.S. generally will be shipped using United States Postal Air Letter Post. Items shipped Internationally generally arrive within 7 to 10 days.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not
responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, E-mail us with your order# in the subject line, and we will arrange to replace the defective item in a timely manner.
We do are best to inspect all of our merchandise for defects, but occasionally we miss one.
Non-Defective returns We want you to be happy with any purchase you make with us!
If you are unhappy with an item, we will work dilligently to make sure that the problem is corrected. Whether with a replacement, a different item, or a refund, we will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. I.E. sending you the wrong item. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
A 20% restocking fee may be subtracted from any refund depending on reasons for return, and/or condition of returned merchandise. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
